California Bountiful Happy Trails Ranch and Olympic Valley
In this episode of California Bountiful, Aubrey takes you to Tulare to visit Happy Trails Therapeutic Horsemanship Ranch, a facility dedicated to helping kids and military veterans with physical, cognitive and mental disabilities by using horses. Then it’s off to Rocky Oaks Goat Creamery to see how to make a savory cheese plate showcasing their different goat cheeses with various fruits and olive oils. From there, you’ll head up to Everline Resort and Spa in Olympic Valley to meet with their executive chef to see how local farmers and chefs collaborate to make “farm to table” a reality around the region.
